Here at Trybal Performance, we base our approach on:
Do more than just survive. Thrive.
If you go to work, we work with you.
We meet you where you are. We work with all levels of corporate entities, member based associations, nonprofits, education, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, technology, state/local government, and entrepreneurs. No matter where you work, what you’re great at, or who you work with, we can help.
WHY IT MATTERS:
Our unique understanding of people allows us to customize our approach in a way that means something to you, no matter your industry. We see the bigger picture and make sure you do, too.
We help you thrive at work.
Our experience and expertise with leadership, team development, conflict resolution and team dysfunction help you bridge the gaps, wherever they are, whomever they involve. No matter what we bring to the table, it all begins with YOU. We show you how to leverage your distinct qualities, gifts, talents and experiences through an approach that’s both inherently simple and utterly dynamic. And, all of it’s based on who you are, not what you do.
WHY IT MATTERS:
You spend 1/3 of your life at work. Do you really want to just “punch in” and “check out”? Do more than just survive at work.
We’re passionate about empowering you.
We’re a Tryb of coaches whose own lives have been transformed by the work we do. We’ve all been stuck, and getting unstuck can be difficult, to say the least. We love helping you create strategies that facilitate this amazing shift (from stuck to unstuck) in your life. The best part? Our strategies are repeatable, so the next time you get stuck, you can move through it without batting an eye. We know you’re worth the effort, and you should too.
WHY IT MATTERS:
Self-awareness combined with the right tools and clear goals drives performance. Performance drives results. It’s really that simple.
We leave you with the tools to get it done.
Our diverse suite of tools make it so we can customize our approach to fit your needs, goals and culture. That means you can create the change you want and build a culture as unique as your people, by design. By leveraging the tools you already use, we create game-changing synergies that perfectly compliment your needs, as well as bring in new ones that up your game. We make sure we leave you and your team with the knowledge and skills to use the right tools, the right way.
WHY IT MATTERS:
You’ll be able to reach your goals and sustain the results long after we’re gone.
You deserve to be excited about work.
Mondays no longer need to be the worst day of the week!
It is possible to build and sustain a work environment that is healthy, safe, results-oriented and kicks proverbial ass.
“I would recommend Trybal Performance to anyone looking to elevate their team performance. If you’re looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, they aren’t the solution for you. If you’re seeking to truly push yourself and your team toward something better, they’re the people to do it!”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What kind of teams do you work with?
We work with all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, food preferences, and pretty much anything else you can think of. If you are a part of a team, whether as an individual contributor, partner, or leader, we can help you elevate your game to a level of brilliance you’ll be delighted by!
In other words, we work with any group of people who share a common purpose.
Examples of who we have worked with include:
- Executive Teams
- Senior Leadership
- Board of Directors
- Middle Management
- Business Partners
- Project Teams
- Intact Teams (high-performing and/or facing an obstacle)
- Cross-Functional Teams
- Athletic Coaches
- Athletic Teams
- Youth (14-18)
How long does all of this take?
The length of a Trybal engagement varies from client to client, depending on their unique needs and the service(s) requested. For example, we may be requested to do an engagement for a leadership retreat that is 3 days long, and that’s it. Most times, we are initially brought in for 6-12 month engagements and, depending on the needs, we lengthen that time accordingly. In a lot of cases, new information comes to light as we are in process that either lengthens or shortens the amount of time necessary to achieve the goal(s) desired.
We encourage you to contact us so we can get an idea of what you are looking to do; then we can tell you the services we recommend to achieve those results and the recommended engagement length!
How do we know it's working?
If you’re going to invest your time and money into all of this work, we want to make sure you have definite ROI. In fact, it’s one of our company goals. We believe in this so strongly that, if along the way you feel like we aren’t adding value, we will gracefully remove ourselves; no harm, no foul.
In order to ensure we are adding value, we ask you at the beginning what you are looking to accomplish - what are your goals or KPIs? From there, we develop a strategy with you to get you and your team aligned, define clearly what the measures are, the work that needs to be done to get there, and a timeline. This is a working strategy that bends and flexes as new challenges or information rise to the surface. As they say, expect the unexpected!
What about new team members?
It’s actually quite common that new team members are added during our time with you. The good news is, we are partnering with you to build a culture that works for you, and is sustainable. An important piece of that sustainability is maintaining the culture when new members are added. For this to be successful, we do two key things:
- We help you integrate our tools, training and/or coaching into your on-boarding process. On-boarding is your employee’s first impression, so why not make a great one and set the tone immediately?
- We leave the knowledge with you. By identifying and training a team of champions inside your organization, you can breathe easy knowing you have the people and resources necessary to be successful long after we are gone.
The beauty of creating a culture by design, or on purpose, is that you can establish processes and practices that work for you. We’ll help you figure out what that looks like.
