“Don’t be afraid to go out on a limb. That’s where the fruit is.”

My strengths align with and drive my personal mission to inspire wisdom. They cause me to carefully pursue and consider facts. I see unique potential in everyone. I love to learn. I get things done and feel anxious when I can’t check something off my list. I carefully consider and seek the best option in every decision. These strengths combine in a way that allow me to truly listen. Inquiry is something I naturally do without emotion and purely in search of facts and perspective. I leverage my strengths to consistently grow and inspire wisdom.
Throughout my life I’ve chased continuous improvement. I’ve always felt everyone had something unique to offer. The trick is identifying their talents and harnessing the power thereof. Then, provided with the right tools, making magic becomes possible. Trybal Performance brought it together for me.
I was first exposed to StrengthsFinder and Crucial Conversations in my previous role as Senior Manager of Supply Chain and Quality Assurance at a manufacturing company. The founder of Trybal Performance, Lexy Thompson, led me through the tools. As I embraced the concepts, I was fascinated by the transformation personally and within my team. I felt a real change from manager to leader and my team excelled. Our communication was clear and fluid. We had a “presence” that others wanted.
Over 15 years of experience, training, classes, and guidance from my managers I had never seen the results now achieved. When the opportunity arose for me to grow my knowledge and share with others, I jumped in with both feet. I couldn’t be more excited and honored than I am today helping others maximize their own potential and that of their teams. My ultimate goal is to pass along the wisdom of actionable skills and knowledge making the world a better place for my children and future generations.
