CREATING A WORLD OF PERFORMANCE AND GRACE.
“Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power & magic in it.”
Coach // Athlete // Musician // Dance Enthusiast
If there are two words that describe me, they are passionate and relentless. I love what I do, and I’m committed to showing up every day.
I am lucky to say my life has been rich in experience and lessons! I grew up in Montreal, a French city in Canada, went to university in Los Angeles, arguably the world’s epi-center of talent and creativity, and I have traveled to more than 25 countries. I played water polo for fourteen years, becoming a Junior World Champion at seventeen and continuing on to win various international medals with Team Canada. I studied Biology and Music in university but ultimately have become a high performance coach, motivational speaker and musician.
My mission in life is to be courageous and tenacious in the pursuit of my dreams while leading others to be courageous and tenacious in the pursuit of their dreams.
I’ve become a certified coach in four different personality and talent assessments, and I work across a variety of industries in Leadership Training and People Development. I get fired up to lead workshops and coach clients on a 1-on-1 basis. When I’m not doing that, I’m writing songs, performing, connecting with my community or speaking.
At the end of the day, I believe change starts at home, that it’s better to light one candle than curse the darkness, that having meaningful goals can make all the difference, and that you and I can very well do something to make this world more beautiful.

Some things that make the Tryb proud of Rose –
I use my talents to create rapport with my clients - I don’t hold back from laughing or using informal ‘isms’. My clients can count on me to show up on time, be honest, and apologize if I mess up. If you feel like this is a good match for you, I’d love to work with you. Say hello.
